Our trip prices vary depending on the destination, duration, and inclusions. Each trip clearly outlines what's covered in the cost—transport, accommodation, meals, park fees, and more. No hidden charges.

We accept payments via mobile money, bank transfer, debit/credit cards, and selected payment platforms. Payment instructions are provided during booking confirmation.

A 30% deposit is required to secure your booking. The balance must be paid at least 14 days before departure unless otherwise stated.

Your trip is confirmed once we receive the deposit and minimum participant numbers are met. We'll notify you as soon as your departure is guaranteed.

Absolutely! Returning travellers get a loyalty discount. Just mention your previous trip during booking and we’ll apply your discount to the new adventure.

We understand plans can change. Cancellations made 21+ days before departure are eligible for a partial refund. See our full cancellation policy for specific timelines and conditions.
